A family-run business built on experience, quality and personal service.
Established in 1999, WILMS (UK) Ltd is a family-run business supplying professional equipment for heating, cleaning, ventilation and drying applications.
Based in Suffolk, we have built our business around providing reliable equipment, knowledgeable advice and a personal service that puts our customers first. As a family-run company, we value the relationships we build and take pride in offering a straightforward, dependable service to every customer we work with.
Experience you can rely on
Over the years, we have supplied equipment to customers across a wide range of industries, including agriculture, construction, warehousing, industrial operations and equipment hire.
Our product range includes radiant and indirect-fired space heaters, ventilation equipment, dehumidifiers and professional cleaning machinery. We understand that every working environment has different demands, and we aim to help our customers find the right equipment for their needs.
A personal approach
Being a family-run business means that personal relationships matter to us. We believe in being approachable, taking the time to understand our customers' requirements and providing honest, practical advice.
We work with businesses of all sizes, from individual end users to distributors and larger organisations, and we strive to provide the same level of care and attention to every enquiry.
More than just machinery
We understand that supplying the equipment is only part of the service. Access to spare parts, product knowledge and ongoing support are all important when keeping equipment working effectively.
That's why we aim to build long-term relationships with our customers, offering support throughout the life of the equipment wherever we can.
